Combustion Controls
• Commission industrial boilers, heaters, burners, and ancillary equipment. • Commission control systems. • Perform precise burner tuning, ensuring optimal combustion efficiency and emissions compliance. • Troubleshoot PLC programming issues, including logic errors and integration with control systems. • Diagnose and resolve wiring and electrical problems, ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation. • Travel extensively (80% of the time) throughout the U.S., with the ability to respond quickly to urgent service requests. • Provide remote troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, guiding them through technical challenges. • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations at all job sites. • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness both onsite and over the phone.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field service within the boiler, heater, or adjacent industrial industry.
- Expertise in burner tuning, combustion optimization, and emissions control.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve wiring and programming errors efficiently.
- Experience in equipment installation, construction, and commissioning of industrial heating systems.
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time with the ability to mobilize on short notice.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring positive client interactions both onsite and remotely.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in high-pressure environments.
