• Provide legal representation to drivers who are under police investigation or facing prosecution for serious and fatal road traffic offences; • Handle indictable/either way and summary offence cases; • Provide advice and assistance at inquests related to fatal road traffic collisions; • Day to day responsibilities will include analysing and advising upon evidence, attending police interviews, briefing counsel, reporting to insurer clients, interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements; • Responsible for financial management of own caseload, to include regular billing; • Working to productivity and fee income targets, as well as client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); • Handle a varied workload in accordance with client protocols; • Act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience; • Exercise full compliance with DAC Beachcroft protocols on billing and credit control and demonstrate a high level of financial management in respect of own files; • Build an awareness of the Firm's other services. Build effective internal and external networks; • Maintain an awareness of the firm's strategies and plans; • Maintain and develop technical knowledge and handle confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols.

• The role is to work within one of our Property Recoveries teams. This is predominantly a claimant based role. • Depending on workloads in the team the candidate will be asked to undertake: • General recoveries tasks consisting of predominantly investigatory work on all fast, intermediate and multi-track files. • Investigating liability on a variety of general recoveries claims, ranging from escapes of water, flooding, impact and fire damage etc. • Handling their own case load, including negotiating quantum and settlement of damages with third parties. • Obtaining witness statements; contacting relevant parties to obtain salient documents; drafting letters of claim, issuing proceedings, disclosure, instructing Counsel/experts, progressing a file through to Trial. • Supporting marketing and business development activities within the team. • Maintaining an awareness of the firm's core strategies and aims. Handling confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols. • Exercise full compliance with client and internal protocols for billing and credit control and demonstrate a high level of financial management in respect of own files. • Achieve key measures set each financial year including a minimum budgeted annual target of 1440 chargeable hours per year. • You will also have the opportunity to become involved in marketing and client facing activities in order to build the business and their career. • This is an expanding business with good opportunities for career progression.

• Keeping up to date with regulatory developments, regarding operations, within the rapidly evolving iGaming industry • Participating in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of legal procedures and programmes • Maintaining, organising, and regularly reviewing compliance documentation and internal records • Ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests from clients, regulators, and other third parties • Preparing documents, lists, catalogues, and files related to general contract templates and, eventually, individual arrangements, as needed • Drafting clear and plain legal documents, notices, and communication letters to customers and other third parties • Monitoring changes in applicable laws and regulations and updating internal compliance policies accordingly • Overseeing customer onboarding processes, including KYC/KYB verification • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of compliance-related training sessions and workshops • Responding to internal compliance inquiries and providing legal support to various company departments when needed

• Accurate verbatim transcription and editing of legal hearings/drafts from digital recordings. • Must be able to meet specific deadlines for completion of transcripts.
