Role Description AI Engineer with 6-9 years of experience required along with 2-4 years working in manufacturing domain (Optional). - Hands-on experience in shop floor operations, production planning, and systems including MES, SCADA, and ERP. - Proficient in industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus) with ability to bridge OT/IT systems for real-time data extraction. - Applied experience with OEE, Six Sigma, SPC, and lean methodologies to drive measurable gains in yield, uptime, and efficiency. - LLM/AI: Hugging Face, LangChain, Open AI API. - RAG pipelines: use Hugging Face, LangChain, and Open AI API to architect RAG pipelines and integrate generative AI into enterprise cloud environments. - Strong communicator — able to translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for operations and executive stakeholders. - Python, R, SQL LLM/AI: Hugging Face, LangChain, Open AI API, RAG pipelines. • Establishes a technical roadmap for the platform and/or capability strategy and lifecycle that considers value-based outcomes, costs to maintain, supportability, and performance. • Ensures sound integration, data, security, and business architecture design throughout all stages within the platform and/or capability lifecycle. • Provides rapid delivery and development of technical solutions that align with business and/or platform desired outcomes. • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to platform or capability systems, solutions, and services. • Innovates and drives continuous improvements of implementation methodology and technical service offerings based on customer or employee experiences and enterprise objectives. • Participates in a Community of Interest for engineers across all capability and platform teams to share information and strengthen understanding of business needs and technology-based solutions. • Develops and maintains deep technical knowledge and expertise related to domain area systems, solutions, services, and applications.

• Own and scale the platform end to end. • Strong in application code and the AI/ML layer to help build the platform end to end: the extraction engine, accuracy and grounding subsystem, API, and surfaces on top with a substantial, well-architected TypeScript codebase (Next.js monorepo, LangGraph extraction workflow, Azure-native infrastructure). • Read and own existing code, make architectural calls, and ship to production.

• Design and ship end-to-end new products from scratch across a mobile ecosystem. • Work directly with the CEO, Product, and Design to bring abstract concepts to life. • Build scalable backend APIs and databases to rapid, cross-platform mobile UI flows in React Native or Ionic. • Champion an AI-native workflow that turns prototypes into production-ready features with a relentless sense of urgency.
