Lead Fullstack Engineer – Go/React

• Own the technical roadmap for a cutting-edge insurance fraud detection SaaS platform, focused on performance, scalability, and configurability. • Lead and mentor a high-performing, full-stack development team, supervising, reviewing, and approving developers' work. • Design and build complex, modular platform features, developing backend services in Golang, collaborating on the frontend in React/TypeScript, and managing inter-service communication via gRPC. • Own PostgreSQL database management, writing SQL/PL-SQL queries and optimizing for data integrity and performance. • Drive the integration of AI-driven features, partnering with data science and analytics teams to enhance fraud detection accuracy and automation. • Act as the primary technical liaison across US, EU, and India-based teams, aligning roadmaps and accelerating delivery. • Lead code reviews and champion coding standards, security protocols, and documentation across the development lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Strong full-stack expertise spanning Golang (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend)
- Proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional, distributed development teams
- Backend experience with Golang, REST, gRPC, Azure Services, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Redis, Azure Blob, Azure CI/CD/ADO
- Frontend experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including complex SQL/PL-SQL queries and performance tuning
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving critical, client-impacting technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for varied stakeholders
- Security Best Practices: Knowledge of API authentication methods such as OAuth and JWT.
- Ability to participate in the discussions and lead the technical discussions
- Have a consultancy mindset → always try to find a solution for the client
- Make decisions about the solution and design
