• Develop, enhance, and maintain Python 3.x middleware and backend services • Design, build, and support secure REST APIs for internal and external integrations • Develop solutions using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar Python frameworks • Create workflow automation and system integration solutions across enterprise platforms • Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and other enterprise data sources • Support modernization of legacy systems into scalable, maintainable architectures • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and demos • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps best practices • Troubleshoot production issues and support system performance optimization • Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational guides • Collaborate with technical teams, program leadership, and stakeholders to deliver project milestones • Ensure solutions meet federal cybersecurity, compliance, and accessibility requirements

• Develop and evolve web and mobile applications, working on frontend, backend and integrations. • Create, maintain and integrate APIs, services and reusable components. • Work with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python and React Native. • Participate in Scrum rituals such as Planning, Daily, Refinement and Retrospective. • Contribute to technical decisions regarding architecture, coding standards, testing and best practices. • Perform code reviews, manage pull requests and assist in resolving Git conflicts. • Work with relational and non-relational databases and caching. • Support the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. • Work with Docker, cloud environments and application deployments. • Fix bugs, propose performance improvements and support application maintenance. • Mentor less experienced team members when needed, while maintaining a hands-on development role.
