Role Description Our client has recently acquired an organization that leverages Avalara for tax calculations and Yooz for accounts payable automation. They are seeking an experienced consultant with hands-on expertise in both platforms to provide ongoing support and optimization. - Manage and resolve incoming support tickets related to Avalara and Yooz - Provide functional and technical expertise across both applications - Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and performance Qualifications - Proven hands-on experience with Avalara and Yooz - Strong troubleshooting and support background - Experience implementing or enhancing financial systems is preferred - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
