• Help shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform • Design and build end-to-end features that bring AI into real product workflows • Scale the systems and foundations behind the web experience • Standardize patterns and raise the technical bar through code reviews and design discussions • Partner with engineering and product leadership on high-leverage bets

• Create low-complexity unit and integration tests, and identify opportunities for improvement; • Monitor the health of the projects you are working on and proactively identify potential issues; • Be knowledgeable about metrics, as well as security practices, tools, and processes; • Break down features into smaller tasks so they can be implemented by you or others; • Support team initiatives, leading ceremonies and forums necessary for your and the team's professional development.

• Mentor on testing practices, tools, and concepts; work on refactoring and support the QA team in building complex, automated test scenarios; • Monitor project roll-out processes for the projects you are involved in and support the team in identifying and resolving issues; in critical situations, take the lead when necessary; • Collaborate with the team to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities arising during development or otherwise, and produce documentation mapping the identified scenarios; • Have a strong understanding of architecture models and practices and, when necessary, support the architecture team in validating and designing solutions; • Maintain a holistic view of the project and assist the team in breaking down tasks to improve delivery efficiency; • Track and analyze the metrics the team uses, suggest changes, and use them for planning and alignment; • Establish ways to support the development of people and engineering teams by identifying gaps and recommending learning resources; • Document and demonstrate solutions by producing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code; • Ensure that the solution being built meets customers' needs and applies engineering best practices.

• Take responsibility for the architecture and implementation of sophisticated web applications — from micro-frontends and SPAs to design-system components • Translate design and conceptual specifications into high-performance, accessible frontends • Optimize the UX together with design and product teams • Advise clients on technical solutions and their implementation • Integrate headless CMS and backend services into SEO-friendly, maintainable solutions • Define and shape tooling standards (monorepo, Turbo/Turborepo, Vite, Storybook) • Ensure efficient workflows • Incorporate AI into development and product — from AI-assisted workflows to features such as chat integrations
