• Define and execute client acquisition strategy aligned with product, supply, and company growth priorities • Build and manage a predictable acquisition engine (channels, ICPs, pipeline quality, conversion) • Lead and develop the Sales Acquisition team: hiring, coaching, performance management, deal support • Ensure consistent delivery of team targets (volume, quality, revenue impact) • Personally drive high-value negotiations and strategic deals with key advertisers and partners • Leverage and expand personal network to unlock new business opportunities • Ensure quality of acquired demand (fit, scalability, LTV potential), not just volume • Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and conversion across stages • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors; adapt acquisition strategy accordingly • Contribute to new product/format development by bringing market insights and demand signals • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, affiliates, and partners • Provide clear performance visibility and insights to management (pipeline, results, risks)
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in client acquisition within affiliate marketing (Nutra, Gambling, Dating, etc.)
- Strong understanding of arbitrage ecosystem end-to-end: traffic sources, affiliate & ad networks, funnels, trackers, monetization
- Experience working with global (WW) markets across Tier 1–3 GEOs + active participation in industry conferences (strong networking & deal sourcing)
- 1+ years of team leadership / mentoring experience
- Proven ability to build quality pipeline and close high-value deals
- Experience with lead generation channels (Telegram, LinkedIn, spy tools, AdPlexity)
- Deep knowledge of ad formats (native, push, pop, display) and campaign optimization basics
- Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and ownership
- Strong personal network of advertisers / affiliates
- Fluent English and Ukrainian
