• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources • Develop reports that communicate trends, risks, and performance insights • Define, track, and maintain KPIs, baselines, and performance metrics • Analyze and document current-state business processes • Evaluate how data collection practices impact process performance • Identify gaps in data capture, documentation, and workflows • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations • Establish and support feedback loops linked to operational changes • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
Job Requirements
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Education, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement skills
- Advanced proficiency with excel spreadsheets,
- Ability to communicate complex findings in clear language
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, and documentation skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on data quality and process accuracy
