Role Description A Senior Cyber Security Consultant is crucial to engaging with our customers to improve their security posture through consultative and technical engagement. As a Senior Consultant within the team, you will be expected to work with customers and assess their Cyber Security Risk (among People, Process, Technology) and recommend and deploy key improvements in these areas. The role is a thought leader in the Cyber Security landscape and will deliver vCISO engagements for our customers. - Support PreSales in the scoping of Cyber Security consultative engagements. - Provide thought leadership to customers on Cyber Security. - Assessing Customers Security Posture (People, Processes, Technologies). - Creating and supporting customer Cyber Security Roadmaps. - Executing on Technical Cyber Security engagements. - Form and maintain strategic Cyber Security Relationships. - Staying up to date on industry trends to enable sound advice to our customers. - Speaking at internal and external events. Qualifications - You will be a thought leader, comfortable with engaging with CISOs across multiple industry verticals. - A safe pair of hands to lead our customers in securing their business and a change leader within our customer engagements. - Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with industry regulations. - Familiarity with incident response procedures, including the ability to analyse and mitigate security incidents and conduct digital forensics investigations. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey security concepts, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong awareness of Governance, Risk and Compliance Needs. - Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) required. • Oversee governance across large, complex, or multi-stream consulting engagements. • Ensure projects are delivered with consistency, quality, and adherence to established methodologies. • Provide strategic guidance to Senior Managers and Managers throughout project planning, execution, and delivery. • Support executive-level client communications during critical situations and escalations. • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex technical and business challenges. • Partner with account management teams to strengthen long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities. • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, standards, and service quality. • Coach, mentor, and develop Senior Managers, Managers, Senior Consultants, and subject matter experts. • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous learning. • Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning and professional development. • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across consulting teams. • Contribute to client proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations. • Collaborate with Business Development teams to position consulting services and differentiate offerings. • Support strategic account expansion without direct sales quota ownership. • Help shape the evolution of consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks, and service offerings. • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging risks to better serve clients. • Represent the organization through conferences, webinars, and industry events as a thought leader.
