Role Description We're looking for a Senior Test Automation & DevOps Engineer to architect and implement a next-generation automation ecosystem that powers high-quality software delivery. - Design, build, and maintain a scalable, modular test automation framework from scratch. - Define automation strategies across API, UI, integration, and performance testing. - Establish automation best practices, design patterns, and reporting standards. - Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps or other CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). - Configure deployment gates, automated triggers, and optimize test execution using Docker and parallel testing. - Drive the adoption of AI-powered engineering tools, including LLMs, MCP agents, and autonomous workflows. - Mentor engineering teams and promote automation excellence across the organization. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in Software Test Automation. - Proven experience designing and implementing a test automation framework from scratch. - Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C#. - Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or RestAssured. - Strong CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps (preferred), GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, including LLM APIs, MCP agents, n8n, or AI copilots. - Excellent English communication skills with the ability to lead initiatives and mentor team members.
