Senior AI Automation Engineer

Role Description Are you passionate about building AI-powered solutions that automate business processes and accelerate software development? We're looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer with an AI-First mindset to design and develop innovative solutions that optimize administrative, financial, and operational processes. You'll work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable applications, automations, and AI-assisted solutions using modern technologies and cloud services. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building impactful solutions, and leveraging AI to maximize productivity, we'd love to hear from you. - Design and develop Full Stack solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, and React. - Build and maintain scalable REST APIs and system integrations. - Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. - Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality. - Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. - Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Full Stack software development. - Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React. - Experience building REST APIs and working with relational databases. - Hands-on experience with AWS (RDS, Aurora, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, or equivalent serverless services). - Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines. - Advanced use of AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenCode, or similar. - AI-First mindset with experience building AI-assisted software solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Proficient English communication skills (conversational B2+). Requirements - Nice to Have: - Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms. - Experience automating financial or business processes. - Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development or OpenSpec. - Experience working on digital transformation initiatives.
