Role Description Act as the senior technical expert for the organization’s Workday Financial platform, providing direction and hands-on configuration leadership (no direct reports). - Maintain and enhance system configuration across Financial Management and related modules, ensuring accuracy, stability, and alignment with business needs. - Plan and execute system releases and updates, including regression testing, validation of integrations, impact analysis, and early adoption of new features. - Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions that improve process efficiency and data integrity. - Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Payroll, and operational teams to evaluate current workflows and recommend optimized system designs. - Drive enhancements from concept through deployment, including documentation, security review, QA validation, and post-release support. - Develop and maintain detailed configuration documentation, functional specifications, and process maps. - Monitor system health, proactively assess downstream impacts of configuration changes, and maintain strong internal controls. - Support organizational change efforts by developing user guides, configuration notes, and facilitating small-group knowledge sessions. - Troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes. - Contribute to platform roadmap planning, helping the organization leverage new capabilities strategically. 988 Shift Supervisor - Bilingual Spanish (Olympic Suicide Prevention Center) This position is fully remote. The pay for this position is $30.00 per hour with a $5.00 overnight differential. The schedule is Wednesday and Saturday from 12:30am-9:00am and Friday from 4:30am-8:30am PST, totaling 20 hours a week. This role requires a 4-week 40-hour per week (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm PST) training at the start of employment.  Our work schedules are subject to change as necessary to meet the Agency’s and it's client's needs.
