Senior Services Project Manager

Role Description The Services team provides dedicated, continuous, remote yet hands-on solution oversight to guide customers through the technical aspects of Dayforce implementations. Our team helps customers achieve a successful go-live experience by monitoring implementation projects and aligning them with the shared goal of enabling customers to use Dayforce effectively and confidently from day one. As part of a team of consultants supporting customer implementations around the world, you'll join a collaborative, remote-first culture built on teamwork and shared success. As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Senior Project Managers who can lead complex, multi-faceted, multi-location implementation projects. We're seeking solution-oriented, proactive leaders with strong project management and change management expertise. In this role, you'll work closely with internal and external teams to manage deliverables, executive communications, timelines, and budgets. You'll oversee multiple enterprise implementation projects for customers with more than 6,000 employees. What You'll Get to Do - Manage customer engagements to implement Dayforce HCM solutions. - Drive the delivery of services according to the agreed scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Manage multiple concurrent projects while working closely with consultants in a matrix environment and collaborating with Education, Product Management, Support, and R&D teams. - Build strong customer relationships and assume accountability for project deliverables, timelines, and budgets while coaching project teams to success. - Deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of the Dayforce Organizational Readiness toolkit. - Apply the Dayforce implementation methodology to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. - Serve as the governance point between Dayforce and customer sponsors, ensuring key decisions are made and project milestones remain on track. - Maintain open communication with customers, ensuring high satisfaction through successful project delivery while influencing customer sponsors and securing commitment to project responsibilities and timelines. - Coach, mentor, and motivate project teams while fostering collaboration across Dayforce and customer teams in both remote and onsite environments. - Support the development of team members through coaching, performance reviews, goal setting, and career development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Dayforce implementation methodology and PMO by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - Four or more years of project management experience. - Two or more years of experience in an HCM or ERP SaaS environment. - PMP or PMI certification. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and exposure to relational databases and SQL. - Experience working with one or more of the following applications: Dayforce, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain, or similar HRIS solutions. - Experience managing multiple matrixed projects, ideally software implementations in a SaaS or cloud environment. - Experience with business process mapping. - Experience with change management. - Experience consulting with C-level executives and senior leadership regarding implementation issues, solutions, and project risks.
