JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Database Administrator and Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) with 8+ years of experience designing, administering, automating, and supporting mission-critical PostgreSQL, SQL Server, AWS RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, and Amazon Redshift environments across cloud and on-premises platforms. Experienced in database modernization, cloud migrations, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, observability, and automation. AWS Certified professional with a strong focus on reliability engineering, operational excellence, and DevOps practices. Role Description We're seeking someone to join our DB2 for z/OS team as a Database Administrator in Enterprise Z to collaborate with world-class DBAs and developers to develop, design and support Db2 for z/OS solutions, object migrations, application performance tuning recommendations, production support and scheduled and production database support.
