• Own the full accounting and financial reporting function • Lead the migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite • Build and scale accounting infrastructure • Establish and maintain month-end and quarter-end close processes • Drive technical accounting for complex revenue recognition matters • Serve as the finance lead for sale process readiness • Partner with external auditors • Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team

Job Requirements

  • CPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • 3–5 years as Controller or Assistant Controller
  • Big 4 or large regional firm background preferred
  • Direct experience in private equity-backed companies and SaaS/recurring revenue businesses
  • Led NetSuite or similar mid-market ERP implementations
  • Deep technical expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition and acquisition accounting
  • Hands-on experience supporting M&A and sale processes
  • Strong communicator capable of translating complex accounting matters for executives, PE sponsors, and boards
