Role Description Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle/Senior Go Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go. - Build and support REST and gRPC APIs. - Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ. - Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interactions. - Take ownership of services throughout the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and production support. - Ensure system scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance. - Write and maintain backend tests. - Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Prometheus. - Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Contribute to the integration of AI-powered functionality where applicable. Qualifications - 4+ years of overall commercial software development experience. - 2+ years of production experience with Golang. - Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines and channels. - Experience with microservice architecture. - Hands-on experience with gRPC and REST APIs. - Experience with PostgreSQL. - Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ. - Experience with Docker. - Understanding of scalability, high availability, and backend system reliability. - Experience with backend testing. - Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus. - English level: B2 or higher. Requirements - 3+ years of production experience with Go. - Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance projects. - Experience designing backend architecture. - Experience with AI integrations. - Experience owning services from initial design through production support.

• Maintain core system components and drive optimization tasks focused on performance and speed • Work closely with logging, monitoring, and telemetry features, improving error handling and system visibility • Develop software mainly using Golang and C, while maintaining and gradually replacing legacy Bash scripts • Create automated tests using Python to cover regressions and bridge coverage gaps • Investigate complex bugs, track system calls, and analyze multithreaded dependencies in a codebase • Take part in technical discussions with the team to define how to best implement requirements

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java 21 and Spring Boot • Build and optimize REST APIs following best practices in software architecture • Work within a microservices architecture, ensuring modularity and maintainability • Manage builds and dependencies using Gradle • Write and maintain automated tests using JUnit, Mockito, and AssertJ • Ensure code quality through SonarQube analysis and code review processes • Work with GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipeline management • Containerize and deploy services using Docker on AWS • Implement logging with Logback/SLF4J and monitor systems via Grafana • Handle asynchronous event-driven communication using Kafka • Work with PostgreSQL as the primary database and Redis for caching • Apply strong security principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
