This is a 100% remote role. - Supervise a team of 5-10 Engineers based in different regional locations. - Maintain an aligned Business Unit Relationship for the Regional activities. - Address needs related to resources Supply Management. - Ensure the correct balance of resources for Supplier Development and Supply Management to manage the project and supply requirements. - Ensure loading for dedicated SPE Team. - Work with the team to complete Supplier Selection and Development projects on time and in budget. - Manage regional suppliers to deliver required material on-time, meeting the specified quality requirements, at the designed cost. - Run and apply the Supplier SIOP and Supplier Assessment processes to address challenges before they become issues and to drive improvement. - Manage performance metrics for regional suppliers and drive to goal. - Maintain a close relationship with peers in the Supply Management team to share best practices, guide process standardization, and coordinate on global projects. - Support a disciplined Management Operating System (MOS) for the SPE Execution Function that includes Supplier Performance Metrics, Supplier Assessment, Continuous Improvement, financial performance (Clearance, cost, cost-out). - Lead and escalate “quality events”, coordinating activities, issuing communications, identifying partners to ensure prompt identification of impacted products, disposition, and corrective action. - Coordinate supplier documentation reviews by appropriate W functions, including the Supplier Non-Conformance Reports. - Guide the supplier performance, including supplier performance scorecard/dashboard. - Ensure maximum value is received for the Purchase Order that WEC places to its suppliers, including full compliance to the quality and technical specifications. - Support Commercial Operations and Legal for Quality/technical bases of supplier claims. - Oversee overall supplier performance metrics for US ES Suppliers and drive to success. - Oversee the Performance Improvement Plans for poor or negative trends in performance, leading those plans to completion. - Oversee the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process: performing cause analyses and verifying completion of preventative and corrective actions. - Provide weekly reports for US ES Suppliers Project. - Support team in achieving goals. POSITION OVERVIEW NBME is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Frontend Prototype Developer to support the development of early-stage prototypes and experimental tools used in assessment research. In this role, you will work closely with NBME's Construct and Research teams to design and implement rapid prototypes that explore new assessment formats and user interactions. Much of this work is "greenfield," allowing you to independently build functional research tools using Shiny, low-code/no-code technologies, and modern engineering frameworks such as Angular and AWS.
