Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of relevant program or project management experience
  • Experience managing agile software delivery programs for federal civilian agencies
  • Demonstrated authority-holding roles like release decisions and budget accountability
  • Experience directing multi-team delivery organizations of 30 or more staff
  • Preferred PMP or equivalent certification; agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) a plus
  • Experience with public health, health IT, or scientific mission programs
  • Experience leading incumbent-capture transitions and multi-vendor coordination
  • Earned value management reporting experience

Role Description The Financial Clearance Program Operational Analyst is responsible for working on issue resolution and workflow optimization and development requiring a broad knowledge of all aspects of Patient Access workflows, and assigned applications and tools, such as Epic, Optum/AccuReg.
