Job Description

Software Licensing Specialist

Cprime, Inc

• Manage the end-to-end software licensing and maintenance renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused execution. • Prepare and maintain software licensing quotes for new licenses, renewals, upgrades, and cross-grades using Salesforce, Jira Service Management, vendor portals, and Microsoft Excel. • Research customer contracts, licensing entitlements, renewal history, and software requirements to ensure quote accuracy, licensing compliance, and successful renewals. • Manage and prioritize software licensing requests, renewal opportunities, and purchase orders while meeting service level expectations and business priorities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for software licensing and renewal inquiries, providing exceptional customer support throughout the sales and renewal lifecycle. • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Consulting Delivery, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and software vendors to support licensing opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience. • Identify renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to maximize customer value and revenue growth. • Maintain accurate customer, contract, licensing, and renewal records in Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data integrity. • Prepare renewal pipeline, operational, and management reports while tracking renewal performance and renewal outcomes. • Contribute to process improvements by documenting, streamlining, and automating licensing and renewal workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Software Licensing, Software Renewals, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Customer Success, or Contract Administration.
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS software licensing and subscription renewals.
  • Experience preparing software licensing quotations and managing renewal pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn software products, licensing models, and vendor programs.
