Customer Services Data Coordinator

Reconomy

• You will collect, input and maintain supplier service data across the Reconomy Recycle Loop Outsourcing business. • Identify and request missing data. • Liaise with suppliers through various formats to obtain data relating to containerised waste services. • Ensure accurate transfer of data from supplier reports or online Portals into the Reconomy Salesforce platform. • Liaise with Customer Service Teams to resolve data discrepancies and help ensure clean and accurate data is presented to customers and help reduce supplier invoice queries. • Complete data transfers in a timely manner to meet clients reporting and invoicing deadlines. • Establish strong working relationships with suppliers and internal or external business contacts to ensure departmental targets are met. • Maintain updated knowledge of all Reconomy's products and services including in-house apps.

  • Confidence in communicating over the phone, and a professional and accurate approach to email correspondence.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • A keen eye for detail when working with data, ensuring accuracy at all times.
