Data Engineer
Shawmut Services LLC
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines. • Build and optimize data architectures and warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery Etc). • Integrate data from a wide variety of sources using APIs and web browser automations. • Collaborate with company leadership to understand data needs and implement ongoing improvements in system processes. • Monitor and ensure data quality, reliability, and performance. • Automate data workflows and implement data validation and testing processes. • Maintain up-to-date documentation for data pipelines, systems, and processes.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years management experience
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Experience working with large datasets, including standardizing and analyzing
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends
- Must possess a computer with at least 32 gigabytes of ram
- Must have two computer monitors
