• Help architect intelligent solutions that combine Generative AI, automation, and data to solve real business challenges across multiple industries • Work alongside experienced consultants, engineers, and AI specialists, gaining hands-on experience designing prototypes, building AI workflows, and exploring the next generation of intelligent systems • Lead a team of junior AI consultants or interns in executing the project's prioritized in the backlog • Design and develop AI agents, assistants, and intelligent workflows that address real business needs • Support the automation of internal and client processes using Generative AI technologies and modern AI platforms • Explore emerging AI capabilities, including LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks, and intelligent orchestration tools • Collaborate with Data, AI, and business teams to translate opportunities into practical technical solutions • Build prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and demonstrations that validate new AI use cases • Contribute to documenting architectures, learnings, implementation patterns, and reusable best practices • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and operational efficiency • Participate in innovation initiatives that evaluate new models, tools, and AI capabilities before they reach production • Develop a consulting mindset by combining technical experimentation with measurable business outcomes

• Own and refine the overarching AI platform story, with special emphasis on context-first document management, AI and agentic automations, scalability, security, and extensibility. • Define differentiated messaging and value propositions for platform capabilities across personas and industries. • Define differentiated FedRAMP messaging and value propositions for platform capabilities across personas and industries while supporting related content programs. • Ensure consistency and clarity of AI platform-level messaging across all marketing, enablement, and sales touchpoints. • Lead platform feature releases, orchestrating cross-functional launch strategies for AI, cloud, and core platform enhancements. • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions based on market opportunity, customer needs, and competitive insights. • Drive content strategy for platform launches, including pitch decks, solution briefs, whitepapers, demos, customer stories, webpages, and sales tools. • Own competitive and market intelligence for platform-level capabilities, especially in AI-driven information management and cloud content services. • Identify market trends, customer pain points, and emerging competitors to guide product and GTM strategy. • Deliver actionable insights to Sales, Product, and Executive teams. • Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure clear understanding of platform capabilities, differentiation, and value drivers. • Support customer-facing teams with platform-level messaging guides, battlecards, objection handling, and training content. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position M-Files as an industry leader in AI-powered information management. • Represent M-Files in webinars, events, analyst briefings, and customer engagements as a platform subject-matter expert.

• Build the final pipeline agent (the certification builder), including schema design, LLM prompt and output design, and a review and approval workflow • Own multi-tenant readiness: role-based access control, a membership model, email invitations, and self-serve workspace provisioning • Bring database maturity to the project: adopt a formal migration workflow and separate staging from production data • Lead production hardening: rate limiting and usage budgets for AI endpoints, a cloud IAM and security review, secrets and environment hygiene, and error observability • Set up engineering process: a CI pipeline and broader test coverage • Improve the structure of a fast-grown codebase while continuing to ship features • Make build-vs-buy calls, write specs, and mentor a junior engineer

• Build feature work across the UI: workspace panels, editors, and drawers • Contribute to improvements on the AI agents: prompts, schemas, and output rendering • Write and maintain unit tests as part of the normal development flow • Read code and documentation to unblock yourself in a fast-moving, well-documented but small-team environment • Grow into owning slices of the product's next module over time
