• Design and review test and product requirements across the NVLink, Ethernet and InfiniBand / NIC / DPU / Switch portfolio, focusing on large‑scale AI cluster behavior • Build and maintain realistic customer‑like testbeds, including heterogeneous hardware, OS / driver combinations and complex network fabrics • Own end‑to‑end cluster troubleshooting: reproduce customer scenarios, triage across the stack and drive issues to root cause and fix • Read and understand relevant source code to identify defects, validate fixes and improve logging and instrumentation • Collaborate closely with development teams to debug NCCL, RoCE/RDMA and related networking components using logs, code inspection and targeted experiments • Define tests and guide the automation team to implement robust, debuggable suites that produce actionable logs, metrics and traces • Run Regression, Performance, Functional and Scale testing, analyze results and provide clear, data‑driven reports to collaborators • Profile and benchmark deep learning training and inference workloads, correlating model‑level metrics with system and network telemetry to uncover bottlenecks

• Lead and execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing for new and ongoing projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, UX, and Product Management to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and test cases. • Own the design, development, and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure product quality, interoperability, compatibility, and performance. • Communicate testing plans, execution status, risks, and findings clearly through written reports and verbal updates to stakeholders. • Drive defect lifecycle management, including defect identification, tracking, reporting, and ensuring timely resolution. • Support release readiness activities, including User Test Acceptance (UTA) coordination and production deployment support. • Conduct customer demos or feedback sessions to understand user pain points, gather insights, and validate that solutions meet customer expectations. • Identify gaps in testing processes and tools, and recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Designing and developing automated API and UI tests using white-box and black-box techniques. • Debugging systems, building test frameworks, and automating functional and system testing processes. • Enhancing the CI/CD pipeline by developing new automated tests and improving the continuous testing environment. • Collaborating with developers to define test criteria, create comprehensive test plans, and build robust automation. • Testing, troubleshooting, and debugging new software to ensure quality and reliability. • Creating, maintaining, and executing manual tests to replicate real-world scenarios involving complex distributed systems

• Designing and developing automation frameworks (Java / Playwright) • Creating and maintaining backend/API automated tests (e.g. RestAssured or similar) • Preparing and structuring test scenarios and test cases • Executing API tests using Postman • Integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins) • Performing performance testing activities • Reviewing automation solutions and ensuring best practices • Mentoring junior testers and supporting knowledge sharing within the team
