• Act as the primary technical liaison between Marketing and Enterprise IT, translating business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions • Design, build, and maintain back-end services, APIs, and automated solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual maintenance overhead • Develop and support secure middleware and backend‑for‑frontend (BFF) services to seamlessly integrate with DaVita enterprise systems (e.g., Fuse, internal APIs) • Support and execute cloud database migrations and architecture modernization to address existing business and technical pain points • Design, implement, and maintain robust integrations between our digital platforms and Salesforce to support marketing automation, lead routing, and CRM initiatives • Support database interactions and data management activities in Microsoft SQL Server and Google Cloud SQL environments • Optimize application security, risk compliance, and back-end performance, maintaining strict adherence to OWASP best practices • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, contributing to technical architecture decisions, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and shared engineering standards • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross‑functional partners utilizing Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Contribute to the process improvement and implementation methodology focused on prescriptively and proactively getting a customer to value as quickly as possible. • Provide thought leadership related to API integration as the right approach for the management and delivery of Automation and Workflow for our customers. • Account for the decisions you propose and be an expert in the implementation of proposed solutions. • Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align technology solutions with business initiatives. • Partner with users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions. • Help develop, document, and manage the requirements gathering process and provide detailed design and business processes to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control. • Review system test plans and system test applications to ensure successful test cycles. • Partner with the end-user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test implemented solutions to determine whether the solution meets shared requirements. • Serve as a functional and technical resource for the project team and establish Level of Effort (LOE) and duration estimates for projects. • Build architecture best practices.

• Lead digital health solutions and laboratory informatics implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and business objectives. • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate activities across sales, service, delivery, and implementation teams. • Partner with customer IT and laboratory stakeholders to support LIS integrations and connectivity initiatives. • Collaborate on implementations involving laboratory information systems including EPIC Beaker, Cerner, Meditech, Sunquest, Soft, and comparable platforms. • Support deployment of diagnostic instruments, laboratory automation solutions, middleware applications, and digital health technologies.
