• Establish the electrical design basis, scope boundaries, interface matrix, deliverable register, design schedule, and technical risk register; identify and close scope gaps across owners, EPC contractors, utilities, consultants, and equipment suppliers. • Review electrical design packages including: single-line and three-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, equipment layouts, grounding and lightning-protection designs. • Create or technically evaluate specifications for all major equipment including: transformers, HV/MV switchgear, disconnect switches, power cables, CTs/VTs, metering and protection relays and UPS systems. • Coordinate electrical interfaces with natural-gas engine-generator OEMs, including alternator ratings, neutral grounding, excitation/AVR, governor and synchronizing controls, generator protection, starting systems, plant auxiliaries, black-start or islanding requirements, and CHP interfaces where applicable. • Review load-flow, short-circuit, protection-coordination, grounding, arc-flash, cable-ampacity; ensure study assumptions remain aligned with the issued-for-construction design. • Manage utility interconnection requirements, including point-of-interconnection design, revenue metering, communications and relay settings. • Review EPC and vendor drawings, calculations, equipment data sheets, test plans, FAT/SAT reports, deviations, and technical submittals; provide clear dispositions and maintain design configuration control. • Support procurement through equipment specifications, technical bid evaluations, supplier selection and vendor-document review. • Provide construction engineering support, respond to RFIs and field changes, participate in site walkdowns, and verify that installations conform to the design, applicable codes, and approved quality plans. • Plan and support substation energization, generator synchronization, commissioning, and turnover, including test procedures, protection and control testing, punch-list closure, and coordination with utilities, commissioning agents, and plant operations.

• Develop Cloud-Native architecture for the RCN Cloud component systems and the Synthetic Training hub. • Find or recommend Horizon or Synthetic Training Hub Open Source or Commercial components available as containers. • Create documentation including but not limited to: block level architectural component design diagrams, network traffic diagrams, swim-lane diagrams. • Develop IaC Deployments for Navy Organizational infrastructure. • Develop Cloud-Native IaC deployments for Navy Cloud component systems. • Build TLA components from source when required. • Develop Synthetic Training Hub containers to deliver co-operative multi-user M&S scenarios.

• Contributing to the development of customer U.S.'s satellite GNC systems. • Involved in the full lifecycle of development, from requirements definition through operations. • Design and implement GNC designs for new spacecraft designs to accommodate a variety of new mission payloads onto Airbus spacecraft platforms. • Analyze, design, and/or develop GNC systems to include: • Ensure the maximum reuse of the existing Airbus heritage products and if necessary, identify need for modification. • Ability to drive multiple design activities (programs or mission) – could lead to spacecraft, payload, satellite bus, and/or launch integration activities.

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications using .NET, Angular, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS. • Own end-to-end delivery of features, from domain modeling and backend services through frontend implementation, automated testing, deployment, and production support. • Generate production-ready code using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and Replit-based workflows. • Collaborate with Architects to define application architecture and validate technical approaches through Proof of Concepts (PoCs). • Design systems using modern architectural patterns including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF), API Gateway. • Build modern Angular applications using standalone components, Signals, RxJS, Reactive Forms, and reusable UI architectures. • Design efficient database models and optimize SQL performance for high-volume SaaS applications. • Implement scalable integration, messaging, and distributed system patterns. • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve system reliability and performance. • Mentor engineers through architecture guidance, technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. • Drive engineering best practices around quality, automation, security, observability, and AI-powered software development.
