• Build and enhance enterprise SaaS applications across EvolutionIQ and CCC products, spending the majority of your time writing production code. • Modernize existing systems by working through complex legacy platforms while contributing to new product development and scalable backend services. • Leverage AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools to accelerate development, improve engineering productivity, and rapidly prototype new ideas. • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable, intuitive applications while contributing to technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

• Champion AI-driven approaches to software architecture, solution design, development workflows, and product delivery. • Execute software architecture deliverables and take hands-on ownership of delivering critical initiatives across the product portfolio, ensuring scalability, reliability, extensibility, and maintainability. • Participate in the design review process within the Product organization, guiding architectural principles, frameworks, and standards in collaboration with engineering teams. • Provide architectural leadership for software design and implementation, ensuring alignment across the Product organization through effective communication and collaboration. • Work closely with business stakeholders and foster strong cross-functional partnerships. • Provide technical leadership to development and test engineering teams, driving innovation and engineering excellence. • Drive research and execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) on leading-edge AI technologies, including AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation, and recommend the best approaches for adoption across the product portfolio. • Participate in the engineering on-call rotation and support production systems by helping troubleshoot critical issues, drive root cause analysis, and ensure platform reliability and availability.

• Develop and Maintain Software Applications: - Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications using .NET framework, cloud and related technologies. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features. ****Collaboration and Support:** - Work with project leaders, product owners, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems. - Offer support to end-users of the application, by troubleshooting and problem solving. ****Continuous Improvement:** - Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and best practices in .NET development. - Continuously improve the codebase, fix bugs, and optimize performance. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and shared knowledge. **Testing and Documentation:** - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software solutions. - Develop and implement unit and functional tests to ensure code quality. - Assist in defining test scenarios and in testing the developed functionality.

• Building responsive, modern front-end interfaces in TypeScript, React, and Next.js; • Designing, developing, and maintaining back-end APIs and database logic using Supabase and PostgreSQL; • Designing your own features from scratch and revamping existing functionality with a strong eye for UI/UX; • Taking full ownership of features end-to-end – from initial concept and UI design to implementation and deployment; • Collaborating closely with the founding team in a fast-paced, remote environment;• Ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and solid engineering quality across the entire platform.
