• Lead technical project deliveries, including technical analysis, code design review, and code performance optimization -- contributing to successful Dynamics implementations. • Plan, manage and execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain and Power Platform technical project deliverables. • Directly communicate with stakeholders to provide technical deliverable updates and upcoming deadlines. • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications and project plans • Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture while mentoring a growing team of Dynamics consultants. • Establish and adhere to Enterprise architecture best practices across technical and functional lines and Microsoft Products. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and project artifacts • Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering teams to gain deep product insights along with customer solution design review. • Act as a bridge between consulting leadership and technical team members in the organization. • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, scoping, and proposal development. • Management of technical team as a peer and mentor.

• You actively drive the frontend modernization with React/Vue and continue to develop the platform after the cutover • You own features end-to-end, from specification discussions with the Product Owner to production deployment, including UI implementation • You help build a modern frontend architecture — component design, state management, and testing • You shape the frontend build and deployment pipelines and make deployment processes more robust • You maintain high browser performance as feature set and user numbers grow • You actively influence code reviews, technical standards, and the frontend engineering culture

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, defining technical standards, patterns, and best practices. • Container Orchestration & Strategy: Design and oversee the deployment of containerized workloads, specifically leveraging Kubernetes (K8s) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to ensure high availability and efficient resource management. • Solution Design & Strategy: Translate complex business requirements and user stories into detailed technical designs, architectural blueprints, and implementation strategies. • Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms, with a strong emphasis on GCP services and cloud-native architectures. • Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to architectural principles (such as 12-factor app methodology). • Performance & Scalability: Design solutions that meet stringent performance, scalability, and reliability requirements, utilizing GKE’s auto-scaling capabilities to handle evolving needs. • Integration Strategy: Define strategies for integrating diverse systems, including APIs, microservices, third-party platforms, and legacy applications. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. • Roadmapping & Innovation: Contribute to technical roadmaps, staying abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML integration, serverless, Service Mesh/Istio) to drive innovation. • Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks, particularly regarding infrastructure security and cluster management, proposing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
