Account Manager
Greenhouse Software
• Manage and grow a book with significant ARR expansion responsibility • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, CS Ops, Support, and Implementation to resolve issues and deliver improvements • Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term account health • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles spanning clinical, operational, and RCM/billing audiences. • Sell new products, modules, and features aligned to customer needs and outcomes • Manage expansion opportunities through the full sales cycle and meet or exceed growth targets • Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion quota ownership • Own renewals end-to-end, including contract discussions and pricing conversations • Develop account plans aligned to customer goals and Eleos growth objectives
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of expanding revenue within an existing customer base
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Ability to manage a pipeline and accurately forecast expansion revenue
- Experience managing accounts within channel partnerships, group purchasing agreements, or similar multi-party commercial structures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience using CRM tools (SFDC, Gong, etc.) to manage accounts, pipelines, and forecasting
- Comfort analyzing usage data and outcomes to inform expansion and retention strategy.
