• Steward the long-term excellence and evolution of CollegeSpring's program, ensuring it continues to deepen student impact while responding to the evolving needs of educators, partners, and the education landscape • Define the long-term vision and strategic direction for CollegeSpring's instructional model, program portfolio, curriculum, and technology ecosystem • Continuously strengthen the quality, innovation, effectiveness, and scalability of CollegeSpring's instructional model and program portfolio to improve student outcomes • Identify and lead strategic innovations, including new curriculum, services, instructional models, and the thoughtful application of AI and emerging technologies that expand CollegeSpring's impact and position the organization to serve significantly more students over time • Provide executive leadership that aligns strategy, people, investments, and organizational priorities to maximize student impact • Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping organizational priorities, investment decisions, resource allocation, and long-term planning • Integrate data, program outcomes, educator and partner feedback, operational realities, financial considerations, and emerging trends to evaluate opportunities, navigate competing priorities, and make strategic decisions that maximize long-term student impact • Lead and develop a national program organization of Directors and program leaders, building the organizational capacity required to scale CollegeSpring's impact while maintaining program quality and student outcomes • Champion CollegeSpring's mission, values, and commitment to educational equity while ensuring every strategic decision advances measurable student outcomes • Cultivate relationships with school systems, nonprofit organizations, funders, higher education institutions, state agencies, and strategic partners that advance the mission • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand CollegeSpring's reach through new markets, program offerings, funding opportunities, and strategic collaborations • Represent CollegeSpring nationally through thought leadership, speaking engagements, publications, and participation in education networks

• Monitor developments in climate change, climate justice, and human mobility. • Build relationships with climate-affected communities that have experienced or are at risk of forced displacement. • Coordinate participatory research and documentation on climate-induced displacement. • Strengthen and coordinate the Regional Network for Climate Mobility (K'at). • Design and implement advocacy and communications initiatives. • Support the development of evidence-based public policies related to climate displacement. • Document lessons learned, best practices, and program experiences. • Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes, including baseline development. • Participate in planning, monitoring, strategy discussions, and team coordination. • Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations, networks, and coalitions. • Represent AFSC in regional forums, coordination platforms, and thematic discussions. • Strengthen partner and community capacity on climate mobility, advocacy, and intercultural approaches. • Prepare narrative progress and results reports. • Support fundraising proposals and strategic planning. • Manage assigned activities, timelines, and budgets.

• Shape and drive our technical research portfolio. Address the central question, “what do we need to answer to advance our goals?”, and translate it into a coherent, high-impact roadmap of research projects. • Scope and oversee active research grants. Run collaborator meetings, scrutinize study design, and clear blockers to keep projects on track and yielding actionable data quickly. • Run RFPs — own the process from concept ideation through proposal review to final recommendation. • Recruit the right researchers — identify and build relationships with teams and individuals best equipped to address our most pressing questions. • Identify and vet new funding opportunities — build a deep understanding of our mission, our priorities, and the reasoning behind them, then proactively scout for opportunities with the highest potential for impact. • Evaluate potential proposals — perform rapid feasibility analyses, assess cost-effectiveness, and rigorously identify potential risks to help us make sound, data-driven funding decisions. • Structure grants — work with our Operations team to determine the scope of funding, set clear milestones, and define reporting requirements. • Monitor grantee progress — work with other program officers to steward grant relationships and flag when to renew, expand, modify, or discontinue funding. • Contribute to Blueprint's public-facing research – shape research reports, strategy roadmaps, white papers, and other materials that inform how governments (focused on the U.S.), funders, and manufacturers think about respiratory protection. • Engage with, and shape, the field – represent Blueprint at conferences, workshops, and convenings where relevant PPE priorities are set, using sound judgment to navigate these spaces independently. • Build strong relationships across the PPE ecosystem – develop trusted connections with experts and stakeholders in government, industry, academia, and philanthropy. • Build deep PPE expertise —track the full picture of PPE, including innovation, production, regulation, stockpiles, and adoption, to become a go-to reference point.

• Leading complex research administration activities for a diverse portfolio of faculty and research units, independently managing high-impact proposals from development through submission. • Serving as an institutional authority for proposal approvals, sponsor submissions, and contract negotiations, including complex federal, international, and non-standard research agreements. • Providing expert guidance on research compliance and regulations, interpreting sponsor requirements, university policy, federal and state laws, and industry best practices for researchers and university leaders. • Partnering with principal investigators, colleges, and administrative leaders to support successful funding pursuits while safeguarding institutional interests and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Mentoring and developing research administration professionals, providing coaching, training, and knowledge-sharing to build expertise across the team. • Leading outreach and education initiatives for the research community, delivering training on electronic research systems, proposal development processes, and sponsored program best practices.
