This role serves as the primary implementation contact, partnering closely with client compensation, HR, payroll, tax, and finance stakeholders, as well as CSC service and delivery teams. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience implementing, onboarding, or administering executive compensation and equity plans (e.g., RSUs, stock options) in a financial services, professional services, or corporate environment. - Working knowledge of equity and non-equity compensation plan mechanics, plan documentation, and operational workflows from setup through go-live. - Demonstrated project management skills, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and risk/issue tracking. - Strong data skills, including data validation, reconciliation, and migration; high attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets. - Client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical setup decisions clearly to HR, payroll, tax, and finance audiences. - Experience operating in a compliance-focused environment with strong documentation and governance habits.
