Provisioning Specialist
L3Harris Technologies
• Support L3Harris FTI Order Management team • Work with telecommunications industry vendors/partners to provide products or services • Utilize knowledge of Telecom industry ordering practices for new installations, changes, and disconnections • Examine and process orders, track deliveries, and perform data organization and entry tasks • Collaborate with technical teams to solve problems quickly • Liaise to telecommunication vendor provisioning teams • Write, submit, process and coordinate all provisioning related documents • Provide support during acceptance testing and turn-up of FTI program services • Contribute to the development of new and existing procedures for telecommunications products and services
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Knowledge and understanding of LEC/CLEC & IXC connectivity and infrastructure
- Knowledge of telecommunications carrier ordering systems and processes
- Data analytical background, identifying patterns, determining root causes.

• Drive enrolment, retention and conversion rates in existing and new locations • Professional handling of enquiries and registrations across WE's full range of services and activities • Manage Open Houses to ensure tight follow up and service • Develop a deep understanding of organisation's programmes and services to provide accurate and prompt information to students and parents. • Lead change projects/events to improve customer engagement, recruit new students • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management • Developing new processes and protocols for student enrolment • Support in customer service training, events and related student enrolment systems. • Workflow design and optimisation to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency • Analyse existing workflow and recommend improvements • Process mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document process maps and user journeys to facilitate trainings and onboarding • Troubleshooting and resolving any technical or functional issues related to workflows • Collaborate with vendor’s support team as needed • Analytics and reporting: track and measure the efficiency of workflows, identifying further optimization • Generate regular reports and provide insights for decision making
