Role Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in A/B testing, causal inference, and business analytics. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to analyze analytic requests, design and interpret experiments, build dashboards, and translate data findings into clear business recommendations. - Work with business and product stakeholders on analytics requests - Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests - Apply causal inference methods to explain business outcomes - Build dashboards and reports in Tableau - Present technical findings to non-technical audiences - Provide actionable insights that influence product, marketing, and business decisions Qualifications - Advanced SQL - Strong Python - Hands-on Tableau - Solid knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, and causal inference - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
