Associate Brand Manager

ProphetX

Role Description We're hiring a part-time Associate Brand Manager to join our Marketing team and own ProphetX's visual identity end to end. You'll set and enforce brand standards across every touchpoint, including product, marketing, social, and partnerships, and make sure ProphetX looks and feels consistent wherever users encounter it. You'll also support the team with compensation benchmarking, researching market pay rates to help inform hiring and comp decisions. - Own ProphetX's visual identity, including logo usage, color, typography, imagery, and overall look and feel, across web, product, social, and marketing materials. - Build and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries so the rest of the team can stay on-brand without needing you in every review. - Design marketing assets including social graphics, email templates, landing page visuals, decks, and campaign creative. - Edit and produce short-form video content for social and marketing campaigns. - Research and benchmark compensation, including comp bands and market pay rates, for open roles to support hiring and comp decisions across the team. - Partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth to make sure new features, campaigns, and launches ship with strong, on-brand creative. - Manage relationships with outside design or video freelancers/vendors as needed. - Continuously look for ways to sharpen and evolve the ProphetX brand as the company grows. Qualifications - Strong graphic design skills and a portfolio that shows range across digital, social, and brand work. - A sharp eye for consistent, professional visual identity and brand systems. - Comfort working independently in a part-time, remote role and prioritizing across multiple requests. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Interest in or familiarity with sports, sports betting, trading, or prediction markets. - Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar). - Prior experience with compensation benchmarking or comp analysis tools (e.g. Pave, Carta Total Comp, Levels.fyi, or similar). - Previous in-house or agency brand/marketing design experience. - Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience in prediction markets, sports betting, or financial services specifically. Responsibilities: Campaign & Brand Execution (Most Critical) - Execute brand and campaign strategies developed by Senior Managers, translating strategic direction into well-organized, on-brand deliverables across channels. - Coordinate the production of campaign assets—including ads, landing pages, videos, and digital content—managing timelines, routing feedback, and ensuring quality and brand consistency. - Support day-to-day agency relationships, including briefing agency partners, tracking project status, consolidating stakeholder feedback, and maintaining clear communication on deliverables. - Assist in the development and maintenance of messaging frameworks, channel plans, and marketing calendars. - Monitor campaign performance metrics—including awareness, engagement, and pipeline influence—and surface insights to support optimization. - Partner with teams across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital, Social, Events, and PR to ensure campaign cohesion and seamless handoffs. - Help drive adoption of brand best practices across the organization by maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and internal resources. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The base salary pay range for this position located in New York is $96,000-$128,000.
