• Work with Enterprise customers to understand their business requirements, use cases, and develop prescriptive solutions recommendations • Develop and deliver value-based, technical solution demonstrations to enterprise audiences • Owning and drive structured proof-of-value process that secures the technical win • Work closely with Product, Support, Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of our solutions to enterprise customer needs • Own the full customer lifecycle from pre-sale evaluation through product adoption and expansion • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key partners • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in our industry
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of Enterprise solutions engineering experience driving end to end technical sales cycle
- Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in SQL, ELT, data modeling, analytics engineering, databases or software development
- A firm understanding of a modern data warehousing architectures and the ability to discuss them credibly with technical audiences
- Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to discuss complex topics with both technical and non-technical personas
- Bias for action - you move fast, ship early, and refine as you learn
