Digital Designer
HALO Branded Solutions
• Design and build cohesive digital experiences that support the full customer lifecycle • Own digital design for emails, landing pages, microsites, and campaign assets from concept through front-end build • Apply strong digital design sensibility, visual judgment, and attention to hierarchy, usability, and clarity • Ensure all digital experiences align with established brand guidelines and standards • Build responsive digital experiences using HTML and CSS, collaborating on more complex interactions when needed • Deliver production-ready digital assets that meet quality, performance, and accessibility standards • Manage QA, testing, and launch readiness to ensure digital experiences are reliable and usable • Support digital experiences across acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention use cases • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure digital experiences support evolving business needs • Work within CMS environments, including WordPress and similar platforms, to build and update live digital experiences • Contribute to design systems and reusable components to improve consistency and speed • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and other internal teams to support digital initiatives
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital design with hands-on front-end execution
- Strong digital design sensibility with the ability to execute within defined brand guidelines
- Strong HTML and CSS skills with the ability to independently build responsive, production-ready digital experiences
- Hands-on experience working in CMS environments, including WordPress or comparable platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and modern UI best practices
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to digital design and build, including page structure, metadata, and URL considerations
- Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, or related digital ecosystems
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
