• Configure and develop Mendix applications: microflows and nanoflows, domain models, UI components and pages, and integrations/data sources. • Assist Business Analysts with requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and implementation. • Analyze and chart existing business processes; develop and document future-state processes, business rules, and workflow diagrams. • Prepare UAT test cases and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders; perform data validation and QA within Mendix applications. • Support pre-go-live testing and defect resolution; maintain project documentation. • Work within an Agile/Scrum team, keeping the Scrum Master/PM informed of progress, risks, and action items.

• Create tailored OnBase solutions that align with business requirements, promote automation, and ensure delivery of maximum value and efficiency. • Develop and maintain OnBase Unity scripts and APIs to enhance OnBase functionality, integrate with other systems, and automate processes. • Develop and optimize key OnBase functionalities such as Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms to streamline business processes and enhance productivity. • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and add value. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, system performance, and any issues that may impact business operations. • Conduct thorough testing of OnBase solutions to identify and resolve issues, ensuring robust and reliable performance. • Maintain detailed documentation of all OnBase configurations, customizations, and workflows to ensure transparency and facilitate future enhancements. • Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements and automation opportunities. • Collaborate with teams at First Merchants to ensure systems meet both business and technical requirements, ensuring scalability and security. • Deliver on major business projects on time with quality.
