As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll design, implement, and own critical services in Go that power our large-scale distributed systems. - Design and implement robust, scalable features and enhancements to our platform, with Go (Golang) as your primary language. - Build and maintain our high-performance retail media platform, addressing near real-time requirements and large-scale data computation challenges. - Collaborate closely with Product and Frontend teams to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions in a fast-moving, agile environment. - Mentor other engineers, promoting clean, maintainable, and high-quality code. - Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and consistency across distributed systems. - Ensure best practices in testing, automation, and CI/CD workflows. Qualifications - Proven backend engineering experience with deep expertise in Golang, especially around concurrency, performance, and low-level system design. - Strong background in building and optimizing high-performance, multi-threaded applications. - Hands-on experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL. - Enjoy mentoring team members and helping others grow through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
