Account Executive - Cloud, Data & AI

Role Description You won't be stuck in maintenance mode. At Ateko, you'll work on strategic, high-impact projects to maximize value for our clients in the Technology industry. You will work on implementing Cloud, Data and AI Practice with some of the world's biggest brands and your success will be measured by: - The achievement of revenue and growth targets - The development of a strong and healthy sales pipeline - The acquisition and expansion of strategic client accounts - The delivery of exceptional customer value Qualifications - 7+ years in enterprise data / cloud platform solution sales with a proven record of exceeding $3M+ annual quotas, ideally focused on Microsoft, Databricks and / or Snowflake platforms and tooling. - Demonstrated capability in thought leadership, new business development and securing project extensions, including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing new business opportunities. - Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business terms. - Deep understanding of business transformation trends and patterns with respect to platforms, technology, engagement models and organizational constraints, including change management, governance, security and operations. - Strong understanding of the Western Canadian market, with specific knowledge of the British Columbia and Alberta business landscapes. - Bilingualism - Not required. English is required, French is a bonus. Requirements - Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement territory plans, identify and close new business opportunities, and drive pipeline growth through proactive prospecting. - Client Engagement - Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, conduct discovery sessions, and deliver impactful presentations and proposals. - Collaboration & Leadership - Partner with consultants and strategic alliances to design solutions, co-sell opportunities, and mentor junior team members. - Foster and grow relationships with partners in our ecosystem, including Microsoft, Google, Snowflake and Databricks.
