Identify opportunities to optimize the permitting process, implement test-and-learn approaches, and champion change management internally to accelerate our deployment speed. • Model a commitment to continuous improvement. Job Requirements
- 8+ years of strategic experience securing construction, land use, and ordinance-based site permits
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to link operational permitting decisions to broader business impact and financial goals.
- Established relationships with municipalities (or the proven ability to rapidly build them), with exceptional skills in negotiating, communicating goals, and driving cross-functional adoption of your ideas.
- Proficiency in interpreting CAD site design systems and site plans, using this knowledge to test data, address engineering challenges, and inform long-term project decisions.
- Advanced use of platforms like Monday.com (or similar tools like Smartsheet/Procore) to manage high-volume site pipelines, pull reports, and identify opportunities to reduce cycle times.
