• Lead the end-to-end deployment and management of public cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. • Establish and enforce enterprise-grade standards for public cloud infrastructure automation. • Lead large-scale, zero-downtime maintenance initiatives. • Identify recurring operational bottlenecks, automate remediation and build self-healing infrastructure mechanisms. • Ability to lead Public Cloud account takeover and standardization according to well-architected frameworks and internal best practices. • Tune monitoring requirements to reduce alert fatigue, ensuring the operations team only acts on actionable, high-signal data. • Deployment, maintenance and management of hybrid cloud solutions or dedicated on-prem solutions in any of the 50+ GTT PoPs around the globe. • Provide advanced engineering support and complex troubleshooting for Customer solutions and Shared GTT platforms. • Work in cooperation with other engineering teams deploying and developing new customer and GTT platforms. • Proactive escalation, follow-through and liaison with appropriate departments to resolve technical issues which may impact delivery timescales or quality. • Creation of contingency plans to minimize such risks. • Production of quality documentation to reflect changes to solutions. • Provide technical governance and ensure adherence to best practices in operations. • Present proposed solutions, technical designs, and service enhancements to internal teams and management. • Lead root cause analysis efforts for major incidents, identifying systemic issues and implementing preventative actions. • Collaborate with the Problem Management team to ensure known errors are well-documented and corrective actions are tracked. • Mentor and actively develop engineering talent. • Establish and govern the standards for technical documentation. • Present and defend strategic technical proposals, architectural changes, and service enhancement initiatives.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications and services. • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules to provision and maintain AWS infrastructure. • Implement and promote GitOps practices and deployment standards across teams. • Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and operational processes. • Define and maintain quality gates to ensure code quality, security, compliance, and release readiness. • Support cloud-native adoption and modernization initiatives within AWS environments. • Collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams to enhance delivery processes and platform capabilities. • Optimize AWS environments for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for cloud applications and infrastructure. • Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and application-related issues in AWS environments. • Create reusable templates, standards, and best practices to enable self-service capabilities for engineering teams. • Drive continuous improvement of software delivery, automation, and platform engineering processes.

• Perform Regular E2E Testing of all products and new features integrated within Neurons UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) Platform • Develop and continuously innovate on Rest API, CLI and GUI based Automation frameworks for Neurons UEM Platform • Automate E2E use-cases for legacy and new features in parallel for Neurons UEM • Review every line of automation code written by E2E team • Develop the entire CI/CD pipelines and framework for daily production runs • Collaborate with SRE, Support Team and Project stakeholders on critical bug alerts uncovered by E2E team

• Design and implement hybrid network connectivity using AWS VPC Lattice, Cloud WAN, Direct Connect, and PrivateLink • Build reusable, automated IaC patterns using CDK (Python), CloudFormation, and Lambda • Develop scalable patterns for MSK Replicator, S3 PrivateLink hubs, and future migration workloads • Implement Route 53 Resolver for hybrid DNS resolution (inbound/outbound endpoints, conditional forwarding) • Design IAM data perimeter controls to replace traditional firewall rules • Work closely with migration tooling teams to ensure network patterns are consumable, repeatable, and automation‐friendly • Support connectivity across DX on‐ramps, Cloud WAN segments, and customer‐managed VPCs • Ensure secure, compliant, TLS‐encrypted traffic flows between on‐prem and AWS
