• Conduct targeted candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search to identify highly relevant passive candidates. • Develop sourcing strategies based on detailed recruitment briefs for Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership positions. • Perform market mapping, competitor research, and talent identification for specialized recruitment assignments. • Research candidates' current and previous employers to evaluate industry alignment, products/services, functional responsibilities, seniority, and overall suitability. • Build accurate longlists and shortlists of qualified candidates for recruiters. • Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate records within JobAdder. • Monitor candidate availability, talent movements, and market trends. • Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns and candidate engagement initiatives. • Assist with recruitment administration, including candidate summaries, CV formatting, job advertisements, and interview coordination as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment sourcing, talent research, or executive search experience.
- Demonstrated experience conducting targeted candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
- Experience using SEEK Talent Search and JobAdder is highly preferred.
- Strong research and investigative skills with the ability to assess candidate fit beyond job titles and keywords.
- Experience identifying passive candidates through market mapping and executive search techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commercial judgment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment projects in a remote environment.
