• Develop and execute the Brazil country strategy including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring • Design the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious B2B sales targets and personally lead relationships with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market • Hire the founding Brazil team responsible for sales and implementations • Define event priorities and brand awareness investments in market • Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances • Build and leverage the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities in partnership with the global BD team • Ideate, own, and drive big bets for the country

  • 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects in Brazil
  • Background in consulting and sales
  • Deep expertise deploying technical products and solutions to enterprise customers
  • Owner mentality, hands-on and self-starting with a bias toward results
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
  • Native Portuguese speaker, strong English fluency required

Role Description The Business Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing business in an assigned base of new and existing customers for Ophthalmology and Retina.
