• Review and process thousands of addresses to identify corresponding utility providers. • Accurately enter utility provider information into a designated database. • Verify the accuracy of data entered and correct any discrepancies. • Conduct online research to find and confirm utility provider information when necessary. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Generate and update reports as required. • Willingness to make phone calls to providers to ensure accuracy for provider.

Job Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry, research, or a related field preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Data Entry Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills, with experience in using data entry software or systems.
  • Research Skills: Ability to conduct online research to find accurate information about utility providers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management systems.

About the Role: This is Director level position is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Specialty Senior Director with two core components: - Frontier Program Representation: Liberty Mutual is transforming US Retail Markets Personal Lines through radical simplification - one unified set of products across all distribution channels, digitally enabled experiences, and a modern Unified Insurance Platform (UIP) built for simplicity, speed, and scale. Role Description ProPublica is seeking a data analyst to assist the development team in building out the reporting infrastructure that supports sustainable donor growth across our development team. This 12-month temporary position will focus on strengthening Salesforce reporting, donor acquisition tracking and fundraising analytics across membership, midlevel giving and major gifts. Reporting to the director of development services, you'll work closely with colleagues across the development, membership and product teams to improve how donor behavior is tracked and measured across systems including Salesforce, Sailthru, Classy/GoFundMe Pro, Parse.ly and Google Analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a systems mindset and can translate fundraising questions into reporting frameworks that support better decision-making across the organization.
