Role Description This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 high volume mental health mobile crisis dispatch team. This position will answer calls from community partners (hospitals, jails, clinics, etc.) and collect demographic and clinical information. This position will work closely with Centerstone Mobile Crisis teams and dispatch Specialists throughout Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois and Florida based on the geographic location of the crisis response request. Salary Range: $17.10-$18.00. This is a remote PRN position on a 24/7/365 high volume mental health mobile crisis dispatch team. Available hours will vary. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Answers calls from community partners, such as hospitals, jails, clinics, etc., and maintain a professional relationship with contacts. - Follows protocols and procedures to dispatch the appropriate mobile crisis dispatch team. - Documents all required information in the appropriate electronic recording system. - Must meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation of the program. - Actively participates in supervision meetings including quality, training, and team meetings. - Assist in administrative tasks as needed. • Drive the development of innovative features in our mobile projects through using a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize user experiences. • Plan and deploy mobile platform infrastructure necessary to build, test, and deploy these product experiences. • Collaborate closely with design, product, research teams to achieve product goals. • Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the app. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards. • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

• Own the Android client experience, how AI feels, behaves, and performs on mobile devices. • Build a production Android application where AI interactions are core to the product. • Build and maintain production Android apps using Kotlin. • Integrate AI-powered features (chat, vision, voice, recommendations) via backend APIs. • Design UX patterns for AI interactions, including streaming responses, retries, and partial results. • Optimize performance, memory usage, and responsiveness for AI-heavy flows. • Implement analytics, logging, and feedback capture to support AI evaluation and iteration. • Collaborate closely with backend and ML engineers on API contracts and system behavior. • Ensure app stability, security, and scalability in production environments.
