Qualifications - 10+ years of relevant engineering experience. - Deep modem or baseband experience: bringup, debug, or protocol-stack work. - Fluency with DIAG/QMI, QXDM/QCAT, and reading modem crash dumps. - Working knowledge of 4G/5G NAS, RRC, and lower-layer behavior. - IMS/VoLTE/VoNR debugging: SIP/IMS signaling and carrier field issues. - Comfort at the RIL / radio HAL boundary. - Proficient in day-to-day work with CLI-based AI coding tools like Claude Code (or an equivalent).
