Qualifications - Formation supérieure (Bac +5) - Expérience avérée dans l'écosystème du numérique d'intérêt général et dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle, idéalement côté produit/technique. - Expérience en management d'équipes pluridisciplinaires dans le domaine du numérique. Requirements - Très bonne maîtrise des architectures techniques de l'IA générative : LLM (entraînement, fine-tuning, inférence à l'échelle), RAG, bases vectorielles, infrastructures GPU et cloud (SecNumCloud, cloud de confiance). - Très bonne connaissance des problématiques d'industrialisation et de mise à l'échelle de produits techniques, acquise en environnement startup/scale-up à forte exigence technique (CTO, ingénieur). - Très bonne culture numérique, notamment des enjeux de souveraineté, communs, open source, sécurité et protection des données. - Très bonne connaissance du mode produit et du lean startup. - Très bonne compréhension des enjeux relatifs aux services numériques publics (fondamentaux du développement informatique, architecture logicielle, UX design, RGPD, open data, API, etc.). Role Description We are looking for a Senior AI Game Designer with experience crafting systemic NPCs for combat and experiential moments. This role is ideal for someone who has worked on narrative or survival-horror titles as well as action/adventure games. You will own designing and implementing AI that will be used in systemic combat encounters as well as narratively driven sequences. You will be collaborating with technical animators and engineers regularly to ensure that your creations can be used as intended in the game. This is a highly hands-on role that blends documentation, technical implementation in Unreal, and collaboration with other disciplines. This role reports to the lead designer and you will frequently be collaborating with the game director and team leadership.
