Vacation Planner

Role Description We are looking for a highly organized and creative Itineraries Specialist to design and coordinate unique and memorable journeys for our clients. - Design personalized itineraries tailored to each client's needs and preferences. - Research destinations, activities, and experiences to create unique recommendations. - Manage schedules and bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities. - Provide clients with detailed itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed. - Handle adjustments or changes with professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - A passion for creating meaningful and well-planned experiences. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Prior experience in planning or coordinating itineraries is a plus (training provided for the right candidate). Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent (ANY educational background accepted). - Proficient in computer applications and booking systems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
