Role Description The TA Reporting Analyst will join the team as an important contributor to the Talent Acquisition analytics efforts heavily focused on recruiting metrics and data across TA to aid leadership in making better business decisions. Key projects they will be involved in include advancing our automated analytics & reporting. The Analyst likes to directly work with data and metrics for the majority of their work, and is passionate about analyzing and reporting on data across the recruiting lifecycle to help stakeholders get the insights they need in a data-driven organization. - Fulfill emerging analytics request to support data needs of TA and partner teams - Increase awareness of recruiting data trends through the creation and execution of data and reports - Work cross functionally with other teams to understand their recruiting data needs - developing new reports, and presentations - Provide ad hoc research, validating data - Assist with running cadenced reports and analysis - Ensure understanding of the results of statistical analyses and reported metrics for diverse audiences - Other responsibilities based on arising needs Qualifications - One (3) year experience working with large datasets - Demonstrated database management skills and metrics interpretation through a live work sample during the hiring process - High level of organization & attention to detail - Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced multi-team environment - Ability to work to deadlines with quick turnaround and accurate results/reporting - Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including ability to present complex data and analytics to large and diverse audiences using simple language

Role Description The Case Processing Analyst is responsible for performing personnel vetting case processing activities in support of the Case Processing Operations Center (CPOC).
