• Execute process testing, timely and accurately using standard documentation. • Write test scripts, document test procedures, and maintain evidence and results in accordance with surveillance standards and deadlines. • Analyze outcomes to identify defects, categorize issues, determine root cause, and recommend final conclusions to surveillance management. • Communicate results to process owners and drive closed-loop remediation for all identified defects. • Maintain strong working knowledge of Growth processes and applicable regulatory changes; proactively pursue training and learning. • Build partnerships with Growth teams aligned to the annual surveillance plan and maintain an organized repository of workpapers/evidence supporting testing activities. • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

• Manage multiple short-term rental listings across Airbnb and VRBO. • Create, launch, update, and optimize property listings, including descriptions, amenities, photos, house rules, and availability. • Handle guest communications from inquiry and booking through check-in, the duration of the stay, and check-out. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, access issues, and urgent requests. • Maintain reservation calendars and ensure booking information remains accurate across platforms. • Coordinate cleaners, turnovers, maintenance concerns, and other property-related requirements. • Review property information and become familiar with each unit’s amenities, access instructions, building details, emergency information, and operating procedures. • Ensure guests receive accurate check-in instructions, property information, and follow-up support. • Assist with launching the remaining properties as they receive their short-term rental licenses and professional photos. • Work closely with the existing Virtual Assistant and company leadership during the initial onboarding and knowledge-transfer period. • Follow established standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve guest communication and rental operations. • Support dynamic pricing and revenue-management activities when experienced with PriceLabs or similar platforms. • Perform light bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks when qualified, such as categorizing property-related purchases, matching credit card transactions, and organizing expenses by unit.

• Utilizes advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to facilitate appropriate member physical health and behavioral healthcare through assessment and care planning • Conducts comprehensive assessments of referred member's needs/eligibility and determines approach to case resolution • Applies clinical judgment to the incorporation of strategies designed to reduce risk factors • Performs crisis intervention with members experiencing a behavioral health or medical crisis • Provides crisis follow up to members to help ensure they are receiving the appropriate treatment/services • Identifies and escalates quality of care issues through established channels • Utilizes influencing/motivational interviewing skills to ensure maximum member engagement • Provides coaching, information and support to empower the member to make ongoing independent medical and/or healthy lifestyle choices • Develops and monitors established plans of care to meet the member’s goals • Utilizes case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines
